Utilize the CRAFT website, www.CRAFTonline.org, to learn more about CRAFT and access articles of interest from past newsletters, the CRAFT membership roster and other info about CRAFT programs and values.
The second part takes more work and is the most rewarding. Get involved! Join a committee. We are all overworked and overcommitted. We worry every day how to cope with the challenges of the current business atmosphere. Well, there is a way to cope with all of this. Talk with your fellow artists and retailers. Share knowledge, experiences, skills. Transform how you look at your business and what you do. All of this happens through discussions while serving on a committee. We never stay completely on point and get opportunities to share. I guarantee you will get back ten fold what you put into it.
Want to help but don’t want to work on a committee? We have lots of jobs that you can do in your own time – help with the web site, preparing the booth for the shows, the newsletter.
